Shujaaz Inc Meets King Charles on his Visit to Kenya

In November 2023, Shujaaz Inc had the honour of meeting His Majesty King Charles III during his four-day state visit to Kenya, thanks to our partners, Prince’s Trust International.
Our SuperFan Rinah shared her #Shujaazstory with His Majesty – how Shujaaz’s livelihoods programme #ShujaazBiz supported her in turning around her struggling salon business by equipping her with valuable skills in book-keeping, budgeting and saving.

At a different event, Shujaaz Inc, alongside other innovative and creative brands in Kenya, was invited to present our work and impact to the King! We shared how our young team of creatives, researchers and strategists produces media in collaboration with young people, building one of East Africa’s most trusted youth brands for over 10 years.
Through the superpower of story, our media shares ideas that allow young people to see new possibilities for their lives, take control and make better decisions. We were honoured to present our innovative media storytelling to the King!
